We’re in South Philadelphia. We are open every day from 9am to 9pm vary, so check online or contact us for availability or request extended hours.

4. Do you accept walk-ins, or is it appointment-only?
We are appointment-only to give you a private, focused experience.
5. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us via text or direct message at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be confirmed to avoid incurring fees.
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the booked service. Payment must be made in full before scheduling any future appointments.
No-call, no-shows are not tolerated and will result in a charge for 100% of the missed service. Additionally, the full payment for your next session will be required at the time of booking.
6. Do you have a service guarantee policy?
Yes, we guarantee 2 weeks out of your manicure, without any chips, we will gladly fix your manicure if any flaws occur. This does not include a polish change.
Lash extensions have a 72 hour guarantee. If your lash extensions are shedding too quickly (lashes are coming out without natural lash attached) it could be due to improper application, let us know and we will make any adjustments as long as it doesn’t compromise the integrity of your natural lash and nails
