OUR COMMITTMENT
At Lashedd By Dez, we are dedicated to providing our clients with and exceptional experience. Operating with one guest at a time by appointment only, we ask that clients adhere to our policies to maintain a smooth operations and fair service. We respect your time and expect the same in return, so please review all of our policies before booking.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Policy
As A private, appointment only studio, Lashedd By Dez requires a deposit for new clients to secure their first booking. The deposit amount varies based on the service and is non-refundable. If you reschedule at least 24Hrs before your appointment, the deposit will be applied to your next booking. However, for cancellations or rescheduling within 24Hrs, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary for future appointments. Please note that your appointment will be held but not confirmed until the deposit is paid. We accept deposits through Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle with a 1$ precessing fee for Venmo and Cash App transactions.
CANCELLATION
Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us via text or direct message at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be confirmed to avoid incurring fees. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the booked service. Payment must be made in full before scheduling any future appointments. No-call, no-shows are not tolerated and will result in a charge for 100% of the missed service. Additionally, the full payment for your next session will be required at the time of booking.
LATE ARRIVAL
Policy
We ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Each service is allotted a specific time slot, and arriving late may reduce the time available for your appointment. For non-lash extension appointments, if you are more than 30 minutes late, A $10 late fee will apply, or we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you will still be charged for the orinally booked service. If you find yourself running behind, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.
NO SHOW
Policy
Lashedd By Dez has a strict policy regarding no-shows. If you miss an appointment, the full service fee must be paid within 48Hrs to secure future bookings. Additionally, for all future appointments, a $60 deposit (or the cost of the service) will be required for booking, including cancellations made within one hour of the appointment.
REFUND
Policy
We maintain a no-refund policy at Lashedd By Dez. We do everything in our power to ensure you leave absolutely in love with your service, as long as it does not compromise the health and integrity of your natural nails and lashes. If you have any concerns or issues with your service, please contact us with photos, and we will arrange a convenient time to address any concerns. Note that color changes are not offered after a service, so please be sure of your choice when selecting your color. Lash Extension touch ups are available within the first week at no extra charge.
GUEST
Policy
At Lashedd By Dez, we allow only one guest at a time in the beauty lounge. This policy is in in place for two main reasons:
Safety: To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both the client and technician.
Personalized Experience: Having additional guests can distract from the personalized, one-on-one service we strive to provide. Our goal is to make every appointment all about you, so you get the undivided attention and relaxation you deserve.
OUR GUARANTEE
Policy
At Lashedd By Dez, We stand by the quality of our services and offer a two-week guarantee for gel wear. Although many clients find their nails last much longer, we are happy to provide complimentary repairs for any cracks or chips within this period due to accidental damage. However, this guarantee does not apply if you were informed that the service may not hold up due to existing nail damage. Additionally, we cannot offer free fixes for gel discoloration or staining, as this may be caused by external factors like hair products, smoking, or exposure to certain chemicals. Our products are high-quality and tested, and any staining is a result of factors outside the studio.
